Caitlin Green got her first taste of Functional Fitness in 2009 after rowing for four years at Purdue University, got her first CrossFit l1 in 2010. Since her introduction to Functional Fitness, Caitlin has competed in all levels and styles of competition. This includes qualifying and competing four times as an individual in the Crossfit Central East Regionals, competing in many smaller individual, partner, and team competitions, and competing in the 2019 Granite Games Pro/Elite division. Caitlin has also competed in many road and trail races, as well as completed a half Ironman.
While being a dedicated athlete, Caitlin has also coached and programmed for functional fitness, Weightlifting, Triathlons, Rowing, and more for the past 15 years. She has coached individuals - physically and nutritionally - who have made it to all levels of competition, including the Games, Ironman Triathlons, USA Weightlifting Nationals, and United States Rowing Association Nationals. Caitlin has completed her crossfit L1 and L2, her USRA L1, her USAW L1, and more. In addition, Caitlin has always had a personal and professional passion for nutrition, and completed her training as a Health Coach in 2017. For the past 15 years Caitlin has dedicated her personal and professional life to health and fitness, and will continue to pursue the education and hands-on experience needed to be the best coach possible
